This project will develop the question of architectural and urban epistemology, that is, the study of the means bywhich knowledge about buildings and cities is produced, disseminated, manipulated, consumed, and archived. Theproject will focus on the images, text, and models used to guide Fargo’s federally-funded Urban Renewal program from 1955 through 1974.
